Kris Jenner posted a loving tribute to “best son” Rob Kardashian in honor of his birthday on Thursday.
Kardashian is turning 29 on St. Patrick’s Day, and is in the midst of making some big changes to his life. After spending much of the last two years in seclusion while struggling with depression and weight gain, the youngest Kardashian has been going out in public frequently. He also recently moved into his own house with Jenner’s help.
In a series of tweets and one long Instagram message, the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch praised her only son. “Happy Birthday Rob!! God blessed me beyond measure the day you were born,” she began.
“You are the most amazing man who is kind, funny, smart and you have the best heart. You are beautiful inside and out and have brought so much joy into my life,” Jenner continued. “Thank you for being the best son a Mom could ever dream of…I love you soooo much @robkardashian and I’m so proud of you.”
After signing her post “mommy,” Jenner added the hashtaags, “#blessed #love #happybirthdayrob.” She also included an old photo of Kardashian in a suit. The matriarch was the first in the family to send him birthday wishes on social media.
Kardashian got a head-start on celebrating when he had a “Pre Birthday Turn up” with girlfriend Blac Chyna on Wednesday. The couple and her son, King Cairo, went to the LEGOLAND themepark. Jenner and Kardashian are pictured above in 2013.
